OK, maybe I'm not a pussy anymore because I found the plane trip pretty easy and uneventful. I think it had a LOT to do with my best friend, Ambien, who flew with me. She was so nice and mellow and I slept around her a lot.
We arrived in Kennedy and had a 6 hour layover. Or something like that, I had some Ambien in me. Wait, that sounds dirty now.
I watched Zodiac (yech), and fell asleep in the last half hour. Red wine + ambien + a chicken curry dinner that RULED = dead sleep.
I woke up 8 hours later and watched Music and Lyrics with Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore and I fell asleep right away.
Seriously, the worst movies.
We got to the airport and it was POURING. Monsoon season!! It was awesome, though, to smell India, it brings back a lot of memories. Including ones of my grandmother, and it definitely hit me that she is no longer here.
They had drivers from our hotel meet us, and I was so glad to get to my room.

Flying to India isn't that bad anymore. Or maybe I was too drugged up to notice.
